The Worship Director at our client is tasked with overseeing the music and production media ministries, ensuring that they are both meaningful and of high quality for in-person gatherings. This role involves leading and coordinating these ministries, as well as serving as a visible ministry leader within the church. The director is responsible for creating a worshipful atmosphere through music and production, and plays a key role in discipleship within the church community.The Worship Director must have a strong understanding of music and production, as well as experience in leading worship services. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other ministry leaders. The director must be passionate about creating a worshipful environment and helping others grow in their faith through music and production ministries.
