Our client is a leader in paper wrapping and packaging manufacturing for the foodservice industry, with an ambitious growth plan and a focus on expanding market penetration. It is seeking a senior sales executive to accelerate the client’s reach within the foodservice sector and build strategic partnerships with top-tier accounts.

The VP of Sales will drive and implement an aggressive sales strategy to open doors to major industry accounts, grow market share, and scale revenue. The role includes overseeing the sales team, forging high-impact account partnerships, and ensuring execution against ambitious sales targets. The VP of Sales will also collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product development to align sales initiatives with market needs and to support business growth.

Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading and mentoring the sales team to foster a high-performance culture, building relationships with senior stakeholders at major foodservice accounts, and reporting sales metrics, trends, and performance to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales within the foodservice sector, experience selling into large accounts, strong leadership and negotiation skills for complex contracts, and the motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
