The Vice President of Program Operations will be responsible for managing administrative and accreditation workflows, standardizing processes, and improving organizational scalability. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this newly established Executive Leadership position will focus on restructuring the Accreditation Services department, resolving operational bottlenecks, and creating clear Standard Operating Procedures. The role involves breaking down silos within the department, establishing cross-training opportunities, and transitioning the team from manual spreadsheets to a centralized Salesforce environment.The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in leadership roles, a strong understanding of accreditation processes, and the ability to drive organizational change. They must be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team of detail-oriented individuals and newer hires to improve efficiency and communication. The VP of Program Operations will play a key role in streamlining operations, increasing productivity, and ensuring that the department meets its goals and objectives in a timely manner.
