the client is a high-growth direct-to-consumer online jewelry brand with a data-driven, digitally native approach to customer acquisition and brand growth. The VP of Performance Marketing is a strategic, hands-on executive role focused on building and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.
Responsibilities include developing performance marketing strategies across paid media channels, managing and optimizing large-scale media budgets, and designing multi-channel acquisition campaigns with an emphasis on efficiency and scalability. The role will conduct continuous testing and optimization of campaigns, creative assets, and messaging; collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, email/SMS, and product; identify and evaluate new customer acquisition channels and opportunities; and build and maintain vendor and partner relationships. The VP will also create detailed performance reporting and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership, while supporting innovation in creative production and marketing messaging.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of performance marketing leadership experience in DTC e-commerce, including proven expertise in media buying across major digital advertising platforms and a strong understanding of programmatic, affiliate, and lifecycle marketing channels. Strong analytical capabilities are required, including advanced analytics, A/B testing, and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated experience scaling marketing programs.
