Description

the client is seeking a dynamic, data-driven Vice President of Growth to join the executive leadership team and lead digital and e-commerce initiatives for a Direct-to-Consumer beauty brand. The role supports customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by shaping and executing growth strategy across online channels, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional digital customer experience. The client operates with a creative, collaborative culture based in South Florida.

The Vice President of Growth will develop and implement a comprehensive digital growth strategy aligned with business objectives, and drive customer acquisition and retention through digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and e-commerce efforts, including work that may extend to online marketplaces such as Amazon. The role will partner cross-functionally with teams such as product, design, and engineering to optimize the customer journey and ensure a seamless online experience. It will also establish data-driven processes to track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth leadership, typically demonstrated through scaling DTC businesses, and a passion for digital marketing and online sales strategies. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and 10+ years of experience in growth-focused roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity focused on digital marketing and e-commerce. The candidate should have proven success driving acquisition and revenue growth in the beauty industry, solid knowledge of performance marketing and customer segmentation, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience hiring, managing, and developing high-performing teams and a commitment to sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
