The client is seeking a Vice President of Brand Partnerships to lead sales growth for an innovative platform focused on television advertising planning, optimization, measurement, and monetization. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships with senior marketing, media, creative, and insights leaders, and applying deep industry perspective to help drive the company’s expansion.
Key responsibilities include driving sales efforts to new advertiser clients across key product categories, engaging marketing and media stakeholders to understand needs and communicate value, and working with leadership to develop prospect account targets and maintain an active pipeline of meetings and proposals. The vice president will also manage CRM-based tracking of outreach, deal activity, and performance against financial targets, meet quarterly bookings and revenue sales goals, and partner with internal teams such as Media Analytics and Client Service to ensure proposals are appropriately scoped and client value is maximized.
The client expects an experienced salesperson with a versatile skill set, including 7+ years of sales experience in adtech, marketing, data/analytics, and/or advertising research. Preference is given to candidates with experience selling to marketing, media, and/or insights leaders in one or more common verticals, as well as a track record of identifying and bringing new products and services to market to drive revenue growth. The role requires consultative relationship-building, comfort working cross-functionally across marketing, analytics, product, and technology, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and a collaborative, adaptive leadership style to help support diverse teams.
