Description

The client is seeking a Vice President of Brand Partnerships to drive growth by developing trusted relationships with senior marketing, media, creative, and insights leaders at major advertisers. This role centers on selling solutions that sit at the intersection of media, advertising, insights, and technology, with a strong understanding of how television advertising is planned, optimized, measured, and monetized. The position is expected to use deep sales experience and industry expertise to expand an innovative company’s presence in the marketplace.

As Vice President of Brand Partnerships, you will lead sales efforts to new advertiser clients across key product categories. You will engage with marketing, media, and insights leaders and their ad agencies to understand needs and position the client’s value, develop and maintain a prospect pipeline, and ensure proposals are scoped appropriately with cross-functional partners. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine sales collateral, attend relevant industry conferences and networking events to generate leads, and utilize customer relationship management tools to track outreach goals, deal activity, and performance against financial targets.

The client is looking for an experienced salesperson with a versatile skill set, including 7+ years of sales experience in adtech, marketing, data/analytics, and/or advertising research-related industries. You should have experience selling to marketing, media, and/or insights leaders across verticals such as Pharma, Insurance, Wireless, Financial Services, Food/Beverage, CPG, or Retail, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth by introducing new products and services. The role also expects consultative relationship-building skills, comfort working across cross-functional internal teams, the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, and a collaborative, adaptive leadership approach.
