We are seeking a confident, strategic HR leader to shape global people and organizational strategies and further develop a modern HR setup for our client.
Our client is a leader in the building technology sector, known for setting industry standards as a premium provider. The company is undergoing dynamic growth and transformation, integrating industrial manufacturing with high-quality technical solutions and operating across multiple global regions.
The role involves taking overall responsibility for the global HR agenda within a rapidly growing group and collaborating closely with the executive board to evolve people, leadership, and culture strategies. The position requires developing scalable HR processes in an industrial or production environment and supporting transformation and modernization initiatives, including organizational, cultural, and digital changes.
Additional responsibilities include talent management, succession planning, performance and development management, as well as leading and developing both regional and global HR teams.
Candidates should possess several years of leadership experience at the director, senior director, VP, or CHRO level, with a proven track record in HR management within manufacturing, engineering, or building technology companies. Experience with family-owned or values-driven organizations is advantageous.
Applicants should be skilled in transformation, organizational development, and change management in complex structures and demonstrate strong stakeholder management, executive presence, and the ability to work effectively with top management. A global mindset and experience with internationally distributed teams are essential.
