The ideal candidate will come from a consumer goods background, though travel retail experience may not be required. The role is expected to be supported by strong ambition and high potential, along with openness to future career opportunities abroad. Strong proficiency with MS Office—particularly Excel—is needed, and prior leadership experience in roles such as Regional Sales Director, Area Sales Director, General Manager, or Country Manager is appreciated.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced, international education (such as an MBA or an equivalent high-level graduate degree) and approximately 10 years of experience in consumer goods within a major, global Fortune 500 environment. Additional background in luxury or beauty brand categories may be advantageous, and experience with international organizations and market-facing leadership is appreciated.
