The VP General Manager serves as a key regional executive responsible for maximizing the success and profitability of the Southern California region while ensuring each branch operates with consistency, financial discipline, and a strong customer-centric focus. You will set strategy, lead diverse teams, drive operational excellence, and strengthen the client’s position both internally and within the broader community and industry.
You will oversee the full business lifecycle across the region, including operations, customer delivery, financial stewardship, labor relations, sales engagement, and team development. The role also requires aligning branch General Managers with senior leadership, implementing organizational policies, strengthening culture, and driving operational consistency across all Southern California branches.
