the client is seeking a senior commercial leader responsible for defining the unit’s commercial strategy, driving growth plans, expanding market share, and improving profitability. In this role, you will lead the national sales force by integrating external and internal teams as well as direct and indirect channels, ensuring high performance and consistent execution cadence.
You will structure and evolve the go-to-market model, optimizing segmentation, coverage, productivity, and commercial guidelines. Responsibilities also include conducting strategic negotiations, setting pricing and commercial policies, managing relationships with key accounts, and anticipating market trends, competitor moves, and innovation opportunities to maintain category leadership.
You will track performance indicators, goals, CRM usage, and executive dashboards to ensure forecast discipline and budget management, while developing regional leaders and strengthening a culture of collaboration, ownership, accountability, and continuous learning. The client expects solid executive experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in health/medical devices or closely related segments with strong knowledge of consumables, a proven track record managing large multi-region, multi-channel commercial structures, P&L ownership, pricing strategy, major negotiations, and go-to-market expansion, along with strong cross-functional integration and fluency in English.
