Alabaster is looking for a Vice President, Real Estate Finance to lead the company's capital strategy and deal structuring for a growing portfolio. This senior leadership role will involve overseeing project finance, investor reporting, acquisition support, and risk management throughout the development lifecycle. Reporting to the CFO and managing a small team, the VP will have the opportunity to influence high-impact projects from early acquisition underwriting to complex equity and debt arrangements.The VP will work closely with senior leadership to shape long-term investment strategy, ensure financial rigor, and support Alabaster's vision for sustainable growth. This role requires an entrepreneurial and strategic financial leader who can serve as the organization's financial architect and drive the company's capital strategy forward.
