Our client is looking for a collaborative executive to fill the role of Vice President (VP), Perioperative Ambulatory and Ancillary Operations for the Greater Silicon Valley (GSV) Division. This position offers the opportunity for a forward-thinking leader to play a key role in the growth and transformation of the largest ambulatory program within our client in the economically vibrant Silicon Valley region. The VP will be responsible for overseeing operations across Imaging, Pharmacy, Genetic Counseling, Laboratory, and Ambulatory Surgery, with a focus on managing eight (soon to be nine) ambulatory surgery centers and all imaging modalities, as well as leading approximately 1,200 employees.With our client investing $700 million in new medical office buildings, the strategic integration of ancillary programming is crucial for the division's success. The VP will play a vital role in ensuring the operational success of the ancillary operations, which represent a significant portion of the Palo Alto Medical Foundations (PAMF) annual revenue.
