The Vice President, Operational Excellence will work closely with the Executive Vice President to develop and implement operational systems that align with our client's overall strategic goals. This role will oversee various key functions including Safety, Quality, Customer Care, Procurement, and Project Services to ensure operational excellence and drive performance improvement. By establishing scalable and repeatable capabilities, the Vice President will drive a unified approach to execution, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction across our client's integrated platform.The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering collaboration within the organization, implementing modern delivery models, and embedding systems thinking to support our client's long-term growth objectives. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, the Vice President will be responsible for leading the evolution of operational systems and ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
