Description

The client is seeking a Vice President, Operational Excellence to lead a Center of Expertise (COE) focused on process design, development, and continuous improvement across PACE sites, functions, and disciplines. The COE will identify and prioritize improvement opportunities while motivating, enabling, and supporting process excellence to meet or exceed regulatory requirements and deliver a best-in-class participant experience. This leadership role also drives operational oversight, standardization, and continuous improvement for PACE-wide shared services that are critical to achieving operational excellence, compliance, and participant experience targets.

Responsibilities include building, standardizing, and scaling processes and capabilities that support growth and create competitive advantage for the client’s PACE program. The Vice President will collaborate with shared services such as transportation and scheduling, leveraging direct oversight and indirect influence through the process excellence COE. The role is expected to strengthen consistency and performance across multiple sites while ensuring operational improvements align with regulatory expectations and the quality of participant care.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, and candidates should have experience in operational excellence, process improvement, and leading cross-site or cross-functional initiatives. A strong background in process design, continuous improvement, and operational standardization is expected, along with the ability to consult, develop leaders, and drive adoption of best practices. The ideal candidate will be able to balance compliance-focused operational requirements with the goal of improving the overall participant experience.
