The VP will also focus on promoting employee engagement, succession planning, talent development, and fostering a positive organizational culture through effective people practices.Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the VP, HR Business Partnership will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with the strategic direction of our client. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to coach and mentor team members, and a focus on driving positive outcomes in areas such as employee engagement and talent development.
