A key aspect of the role is scaling our client's Search Services by professionalizing and expanding the recruitment arm to meet the demand for leaders who align with both professional competence and Christian values.The VP Consulting role requires a self-starter with minimal supervision, responsible for lead conversion and pipeline management. While independent, the VP is held accountable for results and time management, reporting regularly to the team. In addition to search services, the VP serves as a brand ambassador for our client's broader consulting engagements, identifying leaders in the database ready for deeper consulting or mentorship to ensure our client's impact remains sustainable and multifaceted in the marketplace.
