Board members will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring operational excellence to maximize impact. Board members will be responsible for championing governance that honors fiduciary responsibility and meaningful impact, shaping the strategic direction of the organization to increase its global influence, and ensuring operational excellence to maximize the impact of every donated dollar. Successful candidates will be expected to commit to a four-year term of dedicated service, participate in four strategic board meetings annually, and join at least one committee focused on finance, audit & risk, and/or governance & HR.
