Our client Georgia Tech is looking for an experienced and innovative leader to take on the role of Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and significant experience in enrollment management, preferably within a public research university setting. The VPEM will need to build and maintain relationships across the institution, lead discussions with various stakeholders, and actively participate in decision-making processes related to enrollment.In addition to strong leadership and communication skills, the VPEM should possess exceptional analytical abilities, technological proficiency, and the capacity to navigate a complex enrollment environment. The successful candidate will be able to make connections across the Institute, understand the importance of selective and holistic enrollment practices, and effectively balance multiple priorities and goals. This role requires a diplomatic and influential leader who can drive enrollment strategies and initiatives while fostering collaboration and innovation within the institution.
