The client is seeking a Vice Provost for Student Equity, Access, and Success (VP, SEAS). Reporting to the Provost & Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, this leader will help advance the client’s commitment to academic excellence, diversity, and community engagement by strengthening student success initiatives from admission through graduation.
Led by the VP, SEAS directs the Student Equity, Access, and Success unit, which provides equity-minded and inclusive resources, services, and learning opportunities to support students’ academic and career goals. Working across multiple departments and programs, the VP will collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to design and coordinate integrated academic and career programming that reflects and values the cultural wealth and diversity of students and the broader community.
Aligned with the client’s strategic plan, the VP will take a leading role in developing and executing innovative strategies to expand and enhance student success efforts, with an emphasis on promoting academic achievement, social mobility, and lifelong success for a diverse population of undergraduate and graduate students.
