The client is seeking a Vice-Principal, Operations to join their team and oversee the non-academic operations across their campuses. Reporting to the Principal, this role will involve strategic leadership in areas such as Information and Innovation, Facilities and Grounds, Capital Projects, and Operational Services. The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration, engineering, or information technology, with experience in operations, facilities, or technology management in an educational or mission-driven organization.
The Vice-Principal, Operations will play a key role in supporting the client's mission and strategy, working closely with the Vice-Principal, Finance on projects such as the new Rogers Building. They will need to be a collaborative and strategic thinker, capable of managing large-scale capital projects and ensuring the highest standards of facility, security, and food service. The successful candidate will also need to stay current on best practices in IT, cybersecurity, sustainability, and emergency preparedness.
