St Margarets Berwick Grammar is looking for a Vice Principal who will play a key role in the strategic direction and operational excellence of the School. The ideal candidate will have aspirations to become a Principal in the future and will lead initiatives in teaching and learning to ensure educational standards are met and improved. They will also focus on fostering student and staff wellbeing, as well as building strong community relationships. The Vice Principal will primarily be based at the boys campus in Officer but will lead initiatives across all campuses, reporting directly to the Principal.In this role, the Vice Principal will oversee a broad portfolio including teaching and learning, student wellbeing, co-curricular programmes, and organisational leadership. They will also be responsible for strategic oversight of global citizenship initiatives and partnerships with national and international universities. Working closely with a strong team of senior leaders, the Vice Principal will help foster a culture of professionalism, care, and continuous improvement within the School.
