Description
The Vice President, Strategy (VP) is accountable for the overall strategic growth objectives of the organization as well as developing and setting geographic division strategic direction and cascading enterprise system strategy, in partnership with the Divisional Leadership Team (includes Division CEO, CMO, and CFO). The VP has overall responsibility for growth, delivery system and physician development initiatives related directly to growth-oriented strategic initiatives, service line strategic planning and business development, physician network development and strategy, and strategic partnerships within the organization's service area.
