The Vice President will work closely with the Executive Vice President & Chief Physician Executive to develop and implement strategies to achieve high reliability and consistent high-quality care at our client. They will be responsible for advancing patient safety and performance improvement culture by eliminating preventable harm and integrating quality and safety functions throughout the organization. The VP will provide leadership and support to operational leaders to optimize clinical operations and create a seamless integration of quality and safety initiatives.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational and leadership skills to drive quality goals and initiatives across the enterprise. The VP will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, while also staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in quality and patient safety. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement programs and driving a culture of continuous improvement within a healthcare setting.
