The VP People & Culture will oversee the global People & Culture function at our client, working closely with the CEO and Global Executive Management Team to align strategies with business goals. This role involves both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, leading a team of 15 people to ensure a structured and efficient People & Culture organization. Responsibilities include developing leadership, talent management, employee experience, and modern processes supported by appropriate systems and data. The VP People & Culture reports directly to the CEO, is a member of the Global Executive Management Team, and is based in Stockholm with some international travel required.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in managing People & Culture functions in an international setting, with a strong focus on aligning strategies with business objectives. They should have leadership skills to effectively manage a team and drive organizational development in areas such as talent management and employee experience. The VP People & Culture will play a key role in shaping our client's people agenda and ensuring that the organization has the right systems and data to support modern People & Culture processes.
