The President of our client will report to the Senior Vice President and President of the West Region, playing a key role in driving the creation of a vision, strategic plan, and common culture across over 70 geographically dispersed care sites. This individual will engage with over 2,000 employees and 550 providers to ensure alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values, emphasizing clinical integration to enhance the patient experience and outcomes. Experience in expanding a medical group will be crucial for the anticipated significant growth of our client in the coming years, as the President assesses the organization's current state, identifies future physician needs, and develops plans to address any gaps.The successful candidate will foster a culture of high engagement and professional satisfaction, focusing on safe, effective, equitable, timely, patient-centered, and accessible care to position our client for continued success and growth in the evolving healthcare landscape. This collaborative and relationship-oriented leader will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to integrate local alignments and promote cohesion, leveraging the strength of the medical community to enhance primary and specialty care integration.
