Description

The client is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for their Infusion Services division. This role involves leading the BPO and revenue cycle management for infusion clinics. The VP will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of infusion-related revenue cycle services, utilizing proprietary technology and global delivery services. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, identifying key performance indicators, and presenting plans for improved service delivery.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, along with 5-10 years of healthcare and/or enterprise hospital sales experience. They should have a passion for healthcare and technology, as well as experience leading a revenue cycle sales engine. Strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a track record of meeting sales targets are also important qualifications. The VP will be expected to travel 3-4 days per week and present updated plans to reach goals each quarter.

In return, the client is offering a competitive base salary of $180,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The comprehensive benefits package includes a bonus, 401(k), and medical insurance.
