The client is seeking a visionary Vice President of Technology to lead the enterprise technology function and, as a near-term priority, build the technology foundation for a new major-league venue in Chicago. This role will own the venue technology strategy and delivery program from design and construction through commissioning, opening readiness, and ongoing operations, ensuring the technology ecosystem is integrated, resilient, secure, scalable, and able to support a world-class fan experience across a diverse calendar of matches, concerts, and other events.
As a strategic partner and enterprise leader, the Vice President of Technology will set the technology vision and roadmap for the club and the venue, oversee enterprise IT functions, and drive responsible innovation, including the practical and responsible use of artificial intelligence. The role will build a high-performing team and partner network to support multiple facilities and always-on venue and business operations, and provide dotted-line leadership to support sporting-related technology and innovation initiatives that align competitive performance, data, and emerging technologies with organizational goals.
