The Vice President of Student Life and Dean of Students is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Division of Student Life, including programming, policy development, compliance, facilities, and fiscal management. They provide strategic planning and leadership to ensure the division supports student engagement, health, safety, and wellness. The VP of Student Life also plays a key role in developing and maintaining programs that prepare students with career-ready skills and enhance their engagement with the Portland community and beyond.This position requires a visionary leader who can guide the Student Life division through a period of increased focus on leadership development and community engagement. The VP of Student Life will work to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students, while also managing the division's resources effectively. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the success of student programs and initiatives, and contribute to the overall mission of the institution.
