Weber State University is looking for a Vice President of Student Access, Success, and Enrollment Management to lead a unified division responsible for ensuring students can access the university, persist in their studies, and successfully complete their educational goals. This executive leader will report directly to the President and work closely with the Provost to integrate functions associated with enrollment management and student affairs, creating a seamless student experience from first contact through graduation and post-completion outcomes. The Vice President will play a central role in advancing Weber State University's strategic priorities related to access, enrollment stability and growth, student retention and completion, and workforce and community impact.The ideal candidate for this role will be collaborative, student-centered, and visionary, serving as a key strategic partner to academic and administrative leadership to align recruitment strategies, student support systems, financial aid policies, advising models, and co-curricular programs with institutional goals and mission-driven outcomes.
