The client is seeking a Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development to support its next phase of growth and value creation. This role is expected to be a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and contributing to enterprise-level strategic planning as the organization scales toward a future exit.
The Vice President will drive strategic initiatives across the organization, including value creation efforts and enterprise-wide transformation. The position will also include Chief of Staff responsibilities, supporting leadership priorities and helping coordinate major initiatives to ensure alignment and effective execution.
In addition, the role will lead M&A and inorganic growth initiatives, supporting corporate development activities designed to expand capabilities and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional efforts in a fast-evolving environment.
