The client is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. This role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives designed to accelerate organic and inorganic growth, drive value creation, and professionalize key processes across the organization.
Reporting to the CEO and Co-Founder, the Vice President will partner closely with the executive leadership team, private equity sponsors, and cross-functional leaders to ensure the successful execution of a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives. The role includes aligning stakeholders and supporting implementation of growth and value-creation priorities across the business.
The ideal candidate will have three or more years of post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm. The client expects the successful leader to bring strong strategic and execution capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence outcomes at the enterprise level.
