A client is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead global sales strategy for a luxury brand specializing in rare, high-value products. The role focuses on scaling revenue growth, expanding sales channels, optimizing client engagement, and building an elite, high-performance sales team. With an international base of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and collectors, success will depend on strategic leadership, an ability to cultivate a sales culture, and strong capabilities in bespoke client relationship management.

The Vice President of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives, including global forecasting, performance tracking and reporting, and optimization of pricing and selling approaches to maximize revenue. The role includes analyzing market trends and client purchasing behaviors to guide business planning, as well as expanding multi-channel sales efforts such as direct private sales, strategic partnerships, exclusive showrooms and invitation-only events, and digital and e-commerce experiences tailored to UHNWIs. The position also calls for identifying and developing growth opportunities across key global markets.

In addition to driving sales performance, the role will recruit, scale, and lead a global team, establish training programs centered on consultative selling and relationship-building, and implement clear KPIs and incentive structures. The Vice President will oversee a high-touch client experience from initial engagement through post-sale service, partnering with marketing to deliver personalized outreach and spearheading initiatives that strengthen loyalty and advocacy. The role includes overseeing CRM strategy to improve client engagement and conversion through segmentation, outreach frameworks, and disciplined follow-up, while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in VIP interactions.
