Description

The client is a founder-led, private equity-backed pest management and wildlife exclusion company with a long operating history and a strong brand presence in the Northeast. Following a recent partnership with a private equity sponsor, the client is pursuing an ambitious growth strategy that combines organic expansion with acquisitions across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Sales will be responsible for scaling revenue growth and strengthening commercial execution. This role will include integrating acquired businesses, optimizing sales and marketing performance, and building the systems, processes, and talent required to support the company’s next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate will have significant sales leadership experience in residential services and/or route-based businesses, including pest control or closely related industries. They should have a proven record of scaling sales teams and leading transformational growth initiatives that drive measurable results.
