The Vice President of Revenue Cycle will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle operations at our client. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to improve financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management within a health system and be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area.The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a patient-centered approach and a track record of implementing successful revenue cycle strategies. They will work closely with the CFO to develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline revenue cycle operations and maximize financial outcomes. The Vice President of Revenue Cycle will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of revenue cycle processes across the organization.
