The client is seeking a Vice President of Retail and Brands to drive the growth and success of its retail operations and brand partnerships. This executive will oversee retail activities across all locations in Dubai, enhance clienteling processes to deliver a personalized luxury customer experience, and manage relationships with luxury watch and jewelry brands. The role is expected to operate at an international level, with readiness to relocate to Dubai.
The Vice President of Retail and Brands will develop and implement strategies that strengthen clienteling and elevate service quality, while building and maintaining premium product and brand offerings through strong partner relationships. The position involves leading, mentoring, and inspiring a significant team to achieve and exceed sales targets and operational goals, collaborating with senior management to align retail strategy with broader business objectives, and analyzing market trends and customer feedback to support informed decision-making. The role will also ensure retail activities consistently reflect brand values and standards of excellence.
Key requirements include extensive experience in the luxury watches sector and proven ability to manage retail operations and brand relationships in an international setting. The candidate should demonstrate credible leadership with a track record of success, strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience setting up or improving clienteling processes. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is expected, with an MBA potentially preferred; English fluency is required, and additional languages are an asset.
