The client is seeking a full-time Vice President of Property Management to oversee a large multifamily and commercial portfolio across multiple markets, based in Greater Cincinnati, OH. The role will manage property operations and site teams and is responsible for the physical and financial performance of the portfolio.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations across the portfolio, managing property budgets and controlling costs, and leading and developing site teams that may include managers as well as leasing, maintenance, and compliance staff. The Vice President will prepare regular financial and operational reports with the accounting team, improve operating procedures and systems as needed, set team goals and track performance, and support performance reviews and staffing decisions. The role will also support leadership on future growth and development.
Preferred qualifications include at least 5+ years of property management experience with leadership responsibilities, along with strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience building and leading teams and multi-site portfolio experience are preferred, as is a commitment to excellent resident service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is expected, with Yardi preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. This on-site role offers a base salary range of $120,000–$150,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package with health coverage and paid time off.
