The Vice President of Physician Services will report directly to the CEO of NKC Health and will be responsible for driving the organization towards becoming a high performing enterprise. This individual will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen relationships and position the organization as a leader in medical group efficiency and quality. The VP will focus on instilling a sense of teamwork and defining a collective identity for the physician enterprise, while advancing recruitment strategies and operational processes to support clinical growth and physician alignment.Additionally, the VP will collaborate with the leadership team to evolve and grow an infrastructure that improves operational efficiency, consistency, and performance across NKC Health. This leader will also support providers in their alignment goals and expand the depth and breadth of services offered within the health system's service area.
