The client has established a centralized statewide operating model for specialty clinical integration, with a dyad leadership structure that includes executive medical and operational leadership for each specialty area. The Vice President of Operations, Critical Care is the inaugural administrative dyad leader for critical care services and will partner with the corresponding medical leader to unify critical care operations across the divisions, with the potential for broader expansion.
In this role, the Vice President of Operations, Critical Care designs and executes specialty-specific operational strategies and business frameworks that drive financial sustainability, optimize resources, expand consumer access, and support long-term growth. The position also serves as a consultant to other medical groups within the client network to develop critical care specialty strategies and clinical standards aligned to service lines and market competitive dynamics, including creation of specialty-specific playbooks to support clinical integration.
