Description

The client is a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer activewear and lifestyle brand with a global customer base. As Vice President of Marketing, you will lead the strategic direction, organization, and execution of the company’s marketing efforts, reporting to the Founder and CEO. This is a newly established executive leadership role transitioning marketing operations from a founder-led model to a data-driven, scalable, and high-performing organization.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing brand management, content creation, digital media, influencer relations, and paid marketing; leading and mentoring in-house creative and media teams; and designing influencer and creator partnership strategies to strengthen reach and credibility. You will also oversee digital campaigns and social channels, email marketing, and paid media, using performance optimization and ROI-focused analysis to refine strategy over time.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, and operations to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and champion a consistent, emotionally resonant brand experience across customer touchpoints. The role is expected to use consumer insights and performance metrics to guide decisions while fostering a collaborative, creative team culture that reflects a youthful, community-focused spirit. Ideal candidates are strategic and creative marketing leaders with demonstrated experience scaling consumer-facing, digitally native brands, strong expertise in influencer and creator marketing, and proven capability balancing creativity with analytical discipline; experience in activewear, lifestyle, or beauty may be particularly beneficial.
