Description
The Vice President of Leadership Development is responsible for managing and growing the Talent Development and Leadership Coaching service lines. They must have a passion for healthy organization culture and understand effective leadership at all levels in an organization. The VP has expertise and interest in securing new clients, and has the ability to foresee challenges and provide solutions. They are a mission-driven, experienced coach and leader — able to gain the confidence of, and provide counsel to, leaders at all types of organizations. Excellent judgment, strong organization and interpersonal skills, proficiency in communication and the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are necessary skills.
