The client is seeking a VP, Integration to serve as a strategic operational leader and key partner to senior management. The VP, Integration will help develop and execute integration plans that align acquired businesses, support retention of key talent, drive adoption of company practices, and deliver operational synergies. Responsibilities include establishing operational rigor, performance metrics, and accountability structures to enhance school performance and scalability while preserving the entrepreneurial culture and strengths of acquired organizations.
