The Vice President of Institutional Advancement (VPIA) will report directly to the President and be a key member of the Leadership Team. They will oversee all advancement functions, including major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, partnerships, grants, and donor and alumni relations. The VPIA will embody the Benedictine values of care, community, and stewardship, playing a crucial role in building trust with alums, strengthening relationships, and securing significant philanthropic support to further the missions, visions, and values of the organization.As part of the Leadership Team, the VPIA will lead the integration of advancement functions across both campuses, driving organizational and cultural transformation. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance fundraising efforts and engage with donors and alumni. The VPIA will work closely with the President to ensure alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the organization, fostering a culture of philanthropy and support for the institution.
