Description

the client is seeking a Vice President of HR to lead enterprise-wide HR strategy and transformation across a multi-site, multi-state operation. This role will modernize and standardize HR processes, drive automation, optimize HR systems, and build a scalable, high-performing HR function.

Key responsibilities include overseeing workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, total rewards, and organizational development. The Vice President of HR will partner closely with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business objectives within a complex, regulated manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive, progressive HR experience with executive-level leadership, including a strong background in multi-site manufacturing settings. They should have a proven track record implementing HR infrastructure and leading systems transformation, with deep expertise in employee relations, compliance, and compensation and benefits, along with the ability to lead and develop teams and execute effectively in a fast-paced, travel-intensive role.
