The client is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to lead global financial planning and partner with executive leadership. Reporting to the CFO, this role will drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights across a complex, transactional revenue model, with a focus on translating financial analysis into strategic decisions.
The Vice President will support board and sponsor reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights that enable senior leaders to monitor performance and make informed choices. This will be a hands-on position that contributes directly to value creation through disciplined planning, measurement, and continuous performance improvement.
The role will also play an important part in strategic initiatives, including M&A and growth planning, and will help shape the client’s financial strategy. Direct exposure to senior leadership is expected, and the position is designed for an individual who can influence priorities while executing key FP&A responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
