The client is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as the senior financial leader and partner closely with executive leadership and private equity ownership to drive financial strategy, operational insight, and disciplined growth.

This role oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and accounting, while building stronger visibility into company performance through analytics, KPIs, and improved financial processes.

The Vice President of Finance will lead and develop the finance team, support strategic decision-making across core operations and sales, and help align financial outcomes with operational drivers to improve margins, manage costs, and guide the organization through its next phase of growth.
