The CFO will be responsible for overseeing our client's financial strategy, operations, planning, investments, risk management, and business performance. They will work closely with the President and CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors to provide guidance on strategic decision-making and ensure strong financial stewardship for long-term sustainability. The CFO will also be heavily involved in engaging with the Board's Finance, Audit, and Investment Committees to provide financial insights and recommendations.In addition to providing financial leadership, the CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. They will also be responsible for managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, financial institutions, and investors, to support the organization's financial goals and objectives.
