the client is seeking a Vice President of Field Finance to join its finance team and support strategic finance initiatives within a growth-oriented environment.

In this role, the Vice President of Field Finance will provide operational finance leadership, with an emphasis on managing and improving field-facing financial performance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have more than seven years of progressive operational finance leadership, preferably in a multi-state, multi-location retail or direct-to-consumer environment.

A background in investment banking or private equity is preferred. The selected candidate is expected to help drive finance priorities that support growth and operational decision-making.
