The client is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Risk. The role serves as a senior advisor responsible for building enterprise-wide visibility into financial, operational, and reputational risk exposure related to litigation, regulatory, and business functions. The position will translate legal and policy uncertainty into financial analysis, scenario planning, and executive decision support.
Reporting to the SVP, Administration and Chief Financial Officer, and working closely with the Office of Legal Affairs, the Vice President will help leadership assess, quantify, and respond to the financial and strategic implications of material risk. The role will support senior leadership, the President, and the Board of Governors in evaluating emerging opportunities and risks, including presenting data-driven recommendations to inform decisions aligned with the organization’s long-term mission and strategic objectives.
In this capacity, the Vice President will turn uncertainty into actionable business intelligence, with emphasis on areas where legal, regulatory, policy, insurance, and financial considerations may create material exposure. The position is expected to collaborate across stakeholders to ensure timely, accountable risk insights and to support informed executive decision-making.
