Union Presbyterian Seminary is looking for a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead the recruitment and retention efforts for both degree and non-degree learners at their campuses in Richmond, VA, and Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will help implement a strategic enrollment management plan that aligns with the Seminary's new Strategic Plan adopted in April 2024. They will be responsible for creating a seamless student experience from initial contact to enrollment, collaborating with various stakeholders to promote and support prospective learners, and fostering relationships with external partners such as congregations and nonprofit organizations.The VP for Enrollment Management will work closely with the Leadership Institute and the four Centers to promote UPSem's educational programs and attract new learners to both degree and non-degree programming. They will oversee recruitment, admissions, scholarship awarding, financial aid, and marketing efforts, while also collaborating with the Dean of Students to ensure student retention and success.
